Some of the best events happen close to home: a backyard full of family, a milestone birthday, a reunion, or a long table set up wherever people can gather. Private events let us build warm, relaxed menus that still feel special.
Private events can be almost anything, so we stay flexible. We can keep it simple with BBQ and sides, or help with a fuller setup that includes private chef service, bartending, appetizers, and the whole nine yards.
We can scale from casual drop-off meals to fuller spreads with smoked meats, sides, appetizers, and add-ons.

Private chef
A meal built just for you!
Maybe it is a milestone dinner at home, a weekend at the cabin, a small group of clients you really want to look after, or a table full of people who know and care about good food. That is where private chef service makes sense.
We build the menu around your taste, your guests, and the kind of day you want to have. Dinner is plated, breakfast and lunch can be part of the same day, and the food can stay close to the Back Forty classics or move into something completely custom.
Private chef service is $500 per day, with the food priced per plate based on the menu we build together. Sourcing and shopping are included in the daily fee, though additional charges may apply if the menu requires advance shopping or special sourcing.
