Since 2018, Back Forty Barbeque has been helping rural Alberta couples turn their wedding days into the kind of memories everyone still talks about, usually with a smoky, satisfied grin.

We started this business because we saw how much rural Alberta needed catering that felt generous, polished, and deeply local. Weddings quickly became one of the biggest reasons Back Forty exists. There is nothing better than watching guests light up when they taste real Alberta barbecue done right, and years later, couples still tell us their friends and family are raving about the meal.

For weddings of 50 guests or more, we recommend our buffet-style service. It keeps everything looking sharp and running smoothly, gives the day a polished flow, and lets every guest enjoy the full barbecue spread at its absolute best: hot, fresh, and generous.

We do not believe in one-size-fits-all packages. Whether you want a big family-style BBQ feast, late-night snacks to keep the party alive, beautiful grazing tables, or anything in between, we build the entire meal around the day you are actually planning.
